Your Class Experience

Choose from 5, 10, or 20-session packs for Reformer, Mat, or Barre classes. Packs offer flexibility and savings — perfect for maintaining a consistent practice.

Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly. Each instructor provides guidance and modifications tailored to your level.

Classes can be scheduled through our online booking system. Cancellations made 12 hours in advance can be rescheduled without penalty.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing. Grip socks are recommended for Pilates and Barre. Towels and water are available on-site.
