LuxeCore Pilates + Wellness Studio Policies & Etiquette
(Strictly Enforced)
These policies exist to maintain safety, cleanliness, privacy, and a premium experience for all members and guests. By booking a class, using any wellness service, or entering the studio, you agree to comply with the following policies.
1. ATTIRE, FOOTWEAR & SHOE POLICY (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- No shoes are permitted inside the studio under any circumstances.
- All shoes must be removed immediately upon entry and stored in the designated shoe storage area.
- Street shoes are not allowed on studio floors, equipment areas, or wellness spaces.
Class Footwear Requirements:
- Pilates grip socks are required for all Pilates, Yoga, and Barre classes.
- No open-toe grip socks are permitted.
- No bare feet on equipment.
- Socks must fully cover toes and heels.
Approved Pilates grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
Failure to comply will result in denial of class entry and forfeiture of the class credit.
2. NO FOOD POLICY
- No food is permitted inside the studio at any time.
- This includes snacks, protein bars, gum, and outside meals.
- Sealed water bottles are permitted.
Violation of this policy may result in removal from class and forfeiture of session credit.
3. NO RECORDING / PHOTOGRAPHY (STRICT)
- Recording, photographing, or livestreaming during class is strictly prohibited.
- This includes phones, cameras, smartwatches, or any recording device.
- Recording instructors or other clients without consent is not allowed.
Violations may result in:
- Immediate removal from class
- Loss of class credit
- Suspension or termination of membership without refund
This policy protects client privacy and instructor intellectual property.
4. CELL PHONES & PERSONAL BELONGINGS
- Phones must be silenced and stored away before class begins.
- No texting or calls during class.
- LuxeCore Pilates + Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
5. PUNCTUALITY & CLASS ENTRY
- Arrive at least 10–15 minutes early.
- Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter class once instruction begins.
- Late entry results in forfeited class credit.
6. EQUIPMENT CARE & SAFETY
- No zippers, sharp objects, or jewelry that could damage equipment.
- Always follow instructor cues.
- Equipment may only be used as instructed.
Damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in financial responsibility.
7. COLD PLUNGE POLICIES
Cold plunges are used at your own risk and are optional.
You may NOT use the cold plunge if you have or suspect:
- Heart conditions
- Circulatory disorders
- High or low blood pressure
- Pregnancy
- Respiratory conditions
- History of fainting, seizures, or cold intolerance
Rules:
- Time limits must be followed.
- No solo use if feeling lightheaded or unwell.
- No horseplay or unsafe behavior.
- Shower before and after use if instructed.
- LuxeCore Pilates + Wellness reserves the right to deny access to the cold plunge for safety reasons.
8. RED LIGHT THERAPY & SAUNA POLICIES
Red light therapy and sauna services are optional wellness amenities.
Do NOT use if you:
- Are pregnant
- Have photosensitivity conditions
- Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Have open wounds or contagious skin conditions
- Have been advised by a medical professional to avoid heat or light therapy
Rules:
- Follow posted time limits.
- Hydrate before and after use.
- Discontinue immediately if feeling dizzy, nauseous, or unwell.
Use is voluntary and at your own risk.
9. SHOWER POLICIES
- Showers are for post-class and post-wellness use only.
- No shaving, hair dye, or excessive product use.
- Remove personal items immediately after use.
- LuxeCore Pilates + Wellness is not responsible for items left behind.
Please be respectful of time and other members.
10. MEDICAL CLEARANCE & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically cleared to participate in all classes and wellness services.
- LuxeCore Pilates + Wellness does not provide medical advice.
- If you have any medical condition, injury, or concern, consult a licensed medical professional before participating.
By attending, you confirm that:
- You are physically able to participate
- You assume all risks associated with exercise and wellness services
11. CONDUCT & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
LuxeCore Pilates + Wellness maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Disruptive behavior
- Harassment or disrespect
- Failure to follow staff instructions or studio policies
LuxeCore Pilates + Wellness reserves the right to
refuse service, remove a client, or terminate memberships without refund
for policy violations.
12. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking a class, purchasing a membership or class packs, or entering LuxeCore Pilates + Wellness, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and agree to all studio policies
- Policies are subject to change without notice
- Violations may result in removal from class or loss of membership privileges
Liability Waiver
1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the Participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in Pilates classes provided by Luxecore Pilates, which may include Mat and Reformer Pilates sessions at my home or home gym. I understand that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strains, sprains, and other serious injuries that may result from participating in Pilates or any other exercises.
2. Medical Clearance
I confirm that I have consulted with my medical provider and have obtained clearance to participate in Pilates and all other classes if I am pregnant, suffering from an injury, or have any physical/mental limitations. I understand that it is my responsibility to communicate any medical conditions or limitations to the instructor prior to participating in any class.
3. Minors Participation
I acknowledge that children under the age of 18 must have a guardian present during the class. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that this requirement is met.
4. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in exercises at a level I am not physically capable of completing, or not taking proper safety measures while using the Pilates Reformer, is at my own risk. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury that may be sustained by me as a result of my participation in these activities.
5. Waiver of Liability
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Luxecore Pilates, its owner, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in Pilates and all classes, or while on the premises where the classes are conducted.
6. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxecore Pilates from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney’s fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
7. Understanding of Policies
I acknowledge that I have read and understood the business policies of Luxecore Pilates and agree to adhere to them.
8. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. For event services outside of the United States, local laws will apply where relevant.
Business Policies
Studio Sessions
- Class late cancellations must be made at least 12 hour in advance to avoid losing a class credit.
- Any client that does not arrive within 5-15 minutes of their reserved class will be charged a $10 no-show fee.
Membership and Class Purchases Usage
- All class/membership purchases must be used within 30 days of your first class visit.
- Unused classes within this period will be forfeited.
Customer Service Client Interaction
- Treat all clients with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Booking and Cancellations
- Private appointments cancellations within 12 hours before the scheduled appointment/class will incur a 75% of the class fee.

Cancellation policies apply to all standard memberships and packages unless otherwise specified. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of class credits and/or fees $25 fee.
Health & Safety Liability Waiver
- All clients must sign the Luxecore Pilates Liability Waiver before participating in any classes or sessions.
Wellness Services Waiver
Use of wellness amenities (including but not limited to red-light therapy, cold plunge, massage chairs, and recovery services, showers) requires completion of all liability waivers and informed consent forms. Services are used at the client’s own risk and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must inform Luxecore Pilates of any regulatory requirements related to their home communities that could impact the business in-home services.
Hygiene
- Clients must wipe down all fitness equipment after each use.
Attire & Safety Policies
For safety, hygiene, and equipment protection, closed-toe grip socks are required for all Pilates reformer, tower, chair, and mat classes. Open-toe grip socks, barefoot practice, or non-grip socks are not permitted.
Clients must wear form-fitting athletic attire free of zippers, metal hardware, buttons, or sharp embellishments that could damage equipment or pose a safety risk. Clothing with exposed zippers or hardware is not permitted on any Pilates equipment.
Clients who do not comply with attire requirements may be denied participation or required to change prior to class. No refunds or credits will be issued due to improper attire.
LuxeCore Pilates + Wellness reserves the right to enforce all attire and safety policies to maintain client safety and protect studio equipment.
Class Attendance
- Clients should wait patiently for the previous class to finish before entering the studio/pop-up.
- For in-person appointments, clients should arrive 15 minutes early.
Mat Rental During Pop-Up Events
- Mat rental prices are subject to change based on economic conditions.
Age Restrictions
- Children aged 10–16 can participate in mat Pilates but not Reformer classes.
- Children over 16 can use the Reformer but must be accompanied by a guardian.
Refunds
- Class purchases are non-refundable unless due to double charges or class package exchanges.
- Refunds are provided for exchanges to fewer classes or wrongful late cancellation charges.
Data Security & Confidentiality
- All client information, including personal details and health information, must be kept confidential.
- Client data will be stored securely and only accessed by authorized personnel.
Data Protection
- We adhere to data protection regulations to ensure the privacy and security of client data.
- Regular audits will be conducted to ensure compliance with data security policies.
